Terms & Guarantee
The policies below apply to wholesale orders placed with Dragon Run Ornamentals. Questions on any of it — call before you order, not after.
Pricing
Prices are F.O.B. Saluda, VA. Patent and trademark fees are included in the listed price unless we note otherwise on the order.
Claims
Report any claim by phone or email within five days of receiving plant material. For shipments going out by common carrier, we don't assume responsibility for damage or delays that happen in transit.
Guarantee
We guarantee that any plant we sell is true to name, and that it leaves the nursery in good condition and quality. With proper proof, we'll replace stock that doesn't meet that standard or refund the amount paid — but our liability won't exceed the original amount paid on the order.
Custom Grow Orders
We're set up to grow custom orders across most sizes and types. Get in touch to talk through species, quantity, and timeline.
Sales Tax
We follow all applicable state sales tax requirements on orders.
Availability
Current availability is emailed to wholesale customers and posted on this site. Call or write in if you need the latest list.
Visitation
Wholesale customers are welcome to tour the nursery. Call ahead so we can plan the visit around the season's work.
